Hi Weicheng and thanks for your report. Can you please try googling for a pair of MS utilities named msiinv and msizap. msiinv will list all the products that think they are installed. msizap will kill a product given its product code. I am not sure if they are available for Vista though. Please inform me of result.

You can simple use the online utility from Microsoft to uninstall at http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall
