Description:
When using the 'classic' packages for the Windows installation, the MySQL Instance Configuration Wizard still suggests and offers configuration options and solutions for the InnoDB storage engine, even though the InnoDB engine is not a part of the 'classic' install package.

How to repeat:
Install MySQL from the classic package.
The Config Wizard will start a part of the install and let you select and configure InnoDB options, even though these options.

Suggested fix:
Ideally we should get rid of the InnoDB specific panels in this section. This might mean changing the Config Wizard to offer either alternative config options, or just skipping those screens altogether.
