Falcon compile fails on Intel/Mac after latest push.

Suggested fix:
Include sys/types.h before aio.h

A patch for this bug has been committed. After review, it may
be pushed to the relevant source trees for release in the next
version. You can access the patch from:

Done, Falcon builds on Intel/Mac again.

For the documenter:
  - Falcon compiles and runs on Intel/Mac now.
  - Known problems on Intel/Mac are:
    - The regression test falcon_bug_28040 is failing.
    - On some configurations the regression tests
    mysql and mysql_upgrade are failing

A note has been added to the 6.0.2 changelog. 

Mac OS X (Intel) support has been added. Mac OS X is not currently a supported platform.
To build on Mac OS X from the repository sources you must have the most recent versions
of bison, automake, autoconf and libtool installed.

There are known issues with the Falcon on Mac OS X build.
