Description:
MySQL Cluster 5.1 is supposed to be Upgrade Compatible with later versions.

Because of the way Online Add Column is implemented this is not the case.  Online upgrade
to later version will not make online add column possible.

The user will have to take down the cluster, restart, and apply backup, to be able to
access this feature.

Suggested fix:
Make all ndb tables by default include the needed "varpart reference", such that columns
can be added online after upgrade to later version.

pushed into 5.1.18, telco 6.1.7 and telco 6.2.1

Upgrade compatability with previous version w.r.t this, however only tables created with
5.1.18 (telco 6.1.7, telco 6.2.1) or later may utilize upcoming online add column.
