Its time to escalate it as it is almost half a year since it is reported and it is still not fixed. Also this bugs means any user with create table and insert privilege can crash the server. We also have more customers complain about it see CSC#3097

source repository of that product and will be incorporated into the
next release.
If necessary, you can access the source repository and build the latest

Additional info:
The timeout will now be incremented by 7200 seconds (2 hours) for the duration of CHECK
TABLE operations.
