Description:
The table adapter wizard does not generate update methods.

How to repeat:
1. Create a dataset
2. Drag a table onto the dataset
3. Attempt to reconfigure the query and specify that you want update methods generated.
4. The wizard successfully completes but there are no update methods.

This problem re-emerged again, assuming that 1.3 possibly reintroduced similar bug
behavior.  See Bug #31338 for current / related.  Version 5.1.2(.2) appears to be a
stable version at this date.
