Description:
No matter what value i try to set ndb_autoincrement_prefetch_sz to, 
the value it shows afterwards is always 1.

How to repeat:
mysql> show variables like 'ndb_autoincrement_prefetch_sz';

| Variable_name                 | Value |
+-------------------------------+-------+
| ndb_autoincrement_prefetch_sz | 32    | 
+-------------------------------+-------+
1 row in set (0.00 sec)

mysql> set local auto_increment_increment = 32;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

mysql> show variables like 'ndb_autoincrement_prefetch_sz';
