Description:
Odbcad32.exe

How to repeat:
When you create or modify connection settings (host, user, password, database) after
pressing OK, and then again OK on "ODBC datasource administrator window",
it throws an error "odbcad32.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close".
I also have ODBC 3.51 release installed.
