Description:
After i create a schedule backup project, it runs on my computer but fails to run on other computers. The database is located at another computer instead of mine. Connection properties are set as advised, password storage method is set as obscured, no error message prompted. I have installed the following componets:

mysql-server-5.0-win32
mysql-connector-odbc-3.51.12-win32
mysql-gui-tools-5.0-r5-win32
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 7

Thank you for the report.

Please describe how you run backup projects on other computers. Do you save backup project on one computer, than run it on same computer, but the project does not dump databases located on remote servers? Or do you mean something else?

I also experienced this issue.

I have a linux machine where mysql is running. I installed mysql Administrator on my windows machine(XP). Created a backup schedule. The target was specified as /mnt/win/Backup/... directory in unix format and saved the project. But I don't see backups being initiated.

Raj, thank you for the feedback.

You said:
>The target was specified as /mnt/win/Backup/...
please indicate if I understand correcly: it means you created backup project on Windows machine, but indicated absolute path on Linux machine? Not network address?
