Description:
The attached debug dialog appears when running the mysqld-debug.exe executable on 64 bit
windows as an interactive user.  When run as a service the dialog does not appear, but
clients cannot connect (presumably the dialog can't display in that case).

You can click "ignore" and it will continue, but the dialog appears again for any action,
blocking actual usage of the server.

How to repeat:
1.) Launch mysqld-debug.exe from 5.1.12 on Windows x64
2.) Connect with a client

The dialog will appear.

Verified as described by reporter on MySQL 5.1.12 on WinXP Pro x64 (AMD) localhost.
