Description:
When creasting a new System DSN through the new provided interface for the ODBC Data Sources Administrator Control Panel item, the DSN is actually created as a User DSN.

How to repeat:
Create a DSN through the ODBC Data Sources Administrator Control Panel item. Note that the new driver won't display right away since the ODBC Admin actually refreshes the System listing, not the User listing.

Suggested fix:
Uhm, populate the proper registry keys. Sorry, don't have time to look into it further for now.
