Description:
If Instance Manager is started in daemon mode, it creates so called
angel-pid-file (file with the pid of IM-angel process). This file should
be removed after clean shutdown, but it is not.

How to repeat:
1. Start Instance Manager with "--run-as-service" option;
2. Stop Instance Manager by sending SIGTERM to IM-main process;
3. Wait for IM to stop;
4. IM-angel-pid-file still exists.
