Description:
Occational stop during LCP take-over.
The problem with this is that no node is allowed to start after that.
Which means that this will lead to outage sooner or later as
  REDO cant last and no nodes can start

A patch for this bug has been committed. After review, it may
be pushed to the relevant source trees for release in the next
