Bug #20616 drop_temp_table test fails on Windows platform

Description:
The drop_temp_table test has been failing on Windows platforms since June 5th.

How to repeat:
Download the latest 5.0 bk repository.  
Attempt 
./mysql-test-run.pl --do-test=drop_temp_table

on a Windows machine.

A patch for this bug has been committed. After review, it may
be pushed to the relevant source trees for release in the next
version. You can access the patch from:

Noted in 5.0.23 changelog.

On Windows, temporary tables containing ':' in the name could not be
created.
