Description:
If a cluster configured for diskless mode and an application trying to create ndb_dd
tables then data nodes crash with following errors:

Current byte-offset of file-pointer is: 568

How to repeat:
1. Create  simple cluster configration and add Diskless = 1 in [ndbd default] section.
2. Start cluster.
3. Run ./load_tpcb.pl ndb16 3306 root BLANK ndb_dd
4. The script stopped with errno 701 but one data node failed.

Suggested fix:
Disable ndb_dd for Diskless mode of cluster.
