Description:
Is it possible to set the FILL FACTOR for indexes?

How to repeat:
(feature request)

Suggested fix:
CREATE INDEX ... FILL FACTOR option?

Thank you for a preasonable feature request. This feature can be useful in some cases/for some storage engines at least.
