MySQL Bugs: #16657: DD: The max. value for UNDO_BUFFER

Description:
If you specify UNDO_BUFFER_SIZE more than 17M in CREATE LOGFILE GROUP statment you wll get error 1506. UNDO_BUFFER_SIZE is limited by the system memory so 17M should not be the maximum limit.
To reproduce run the following statment:

 CREATE LOGFILE GROUP lg2
 ADD UNDOFILE './var/undofile.dat'
 INITIAL_SIZE 16M
 UNDO_BUFFER_SIZE = 20M
 ENGINE=NDB;

 DROP LOGFILE GROUP lg2
 ENGINE=NDB;

A patch for this bug has been committed. After review, it may
be pushed to the relevant source trees for release in the next
version. You can access the patch from:

pushed into 5.1.8
  typically prior to this fix, one could also get crashes in pgman.

Also note with this fix I added a new configuration parameter
 (jon i'll send a separate mail about this...)
