Description:
When turned to off, water still flows.

How to repeat:
How to repeat:
 - Take flight to CLE or CAK airport
 - Transport to Wingate Inn, Streetsboro
 - Engage in nude sauna party with other Training & Docs Members
 - Take a shower
 - When finished showering turn nob to "off".

Suggested fix:
Use a wrench to tighten the fittings.

Further subsequent testing confirms behaviour.
