A patch for this bug has been committed. After review, it may
be pushed to the relevant source trees for release in the next
version. You can access the patch from:

The fix has been pushed into 5.1 tree as part of "make the tests pass" effort. The bug
doesn't appear in released versions (so no need for changelog message?)
