Description:
If I say CREATE TABLE ... PARTITION ... AS SELECT ..., crash.

How to repeat:
mysql> create  table tm8 (s1 int) partition by hash (s1) as select 1;
ERROR 2013 (HY000): Lost connection to MySQL server during query

I was able to reproduce this bug with a fresh clone of 5.1 under FC4
