Description:
Add support for command line (config file) parameter to set the size of the logging area.
Larger area is needed whenever quite a lot of tables are involved in a single transaction.
The default  is not enough for more than 500 tables.

Add support for BDB cache size larger than 4G on platforms that support it.

Add support for splitting the BDB cache in few parts for platforms that does not support
large contigous blocks.
