Description:
My workstation works 24/7 so I not have to exit "MySQL Query Browser" tonight.
Next day when trying to update or delete rows I receive error message saying that "server has gone away" or "no connection", but I still able to do SELECT queries.

The only thing I can do is File->Reconnect and after that all my changes being lost.

Suggestion is that MySQL server closes the connection after 8 hour (default) timeout.

How to repeat:
Wait until server will timeout Browser connection and then try to do UPDATE or DELETE query.

Thank you for a problem report. For me it also looks like a duplicate of http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=12724. So, please, try newer version (1.1.15 is available already) and add your comment to that report, if any.
