Description:
A .MYI file that is corrupted in the first 2k causes the server to crash. Any command
SELECT, SHOW TABLE STATUS, CHECK, REPAIR on the table causes the server to crash. 

How to repeat:
Corrupt the first 2k of a .MYI file.
Then run a CHECK TABLE on the table.
