Description:
In windows , when opens the mysql Workbench , the first select takes a very long time to prduce results. About a minute, after this all works correctly. 
I have the same version installed on Ubuntu 22.04 and there works prefectly. Is a exclusive Windows version BUG

How to repeat:
On Windows, Open MySQL WorkBench 8.0.34, make any kind of select, For example : select 1; 
The execution will take a long time.

I have updated MySqlWorkbench to version 8.0.47 and the Bug still exists on Windows Version

Maybe this is important, in my case , MySQL Server is not installed on local machine. The connection is made using ssh
