Hi! I was unable to reproduce this bug using the latest version of administrator & the latest version of our 4.1 db software.

If you create table: mysql.procs_priv with column "User" the error message does not show any more, and the user privileges are saved. I have no idea why it needs this table, (maybe it is needed for compatibility with mySQL 5.)
