Description:
During importing of a .CSV file, there was one tick for the Prepare Import. After that the progress bar for Import File shows no progress - zero for ages. Either it was awfully slow or the import had hung. But the user was not informed of the type of error message at all although there was a message urging user to report bug.

How to repeat:
It repeats every time I am doing import of .CSV file
