Description:
In the cluster configuration file the hostname of the ndbds cannot be specified in the
[NDBD DEFAULT] section. 

How to repeat:
With  the following config.ini, the management server won't start, but complain that
mixing IP addresses with localhost is not allowed.

[NDB_MGMD]
Hostname=192.168.1.102
DataDir=/var/lib/mysql-cluster

[NDBD DEFAULT]
NoOfReplicas=2
Datadir=/var/lib/mysql-cluster
Hostname=192.168.1.102
