Description:
Repro Steps:
1. Deploy latest OS
2. Complete Windows Updates 
3. Complete Edge Updates & Store updates
4. Install the Prerequisite: MySQL Community Server
5. Launch MySQL Community Server and then proceed with App installation wizard
6. Set the MySql Root Password as Password! Repeat Password as Password!
7. Click On Add User
8. In MySql User Details window,Give username as Abby
9. Host localhost,Role DB Admin,Authentication :check MySql,Password: Password!. 10. Click Ok
11. Launch My SQL Work bench from start menu.
12. Go to Databse-> Connect to database
13. Select Localhost
14. Observe: Crash is observed while connecting to database in MySQL Workbench

to launch workbench under debug mode (--log-level=debug3) and provide
unaltered workbench log file(more details about log are explained here
