Description:
I can work with the shcemas, make SQL request without problem.

This problem occurs when I use Administration tab. When I click on "Server Status", "Statup / Shutdown", "Server Logs", "Options File", I got error :

"RuntimeError: Unable to execute command chcp. Please make sure that the C:\Windows\System32 directory is in your PATH environment variable."

For "Server Status", it crash Workbench, but not other.

I check all my environment variable and all is there.

Can you help me with that ?

How to repeat:
Open Workbench and simply go to Administration tab and click on "Server Status"

I have switch to English(US) and the problem is gone.

Problem still exist, 

ULTIMATE WORKAROUND > stay to version 8.0.23 instead of messing up your system
