Description:
running the 3 attached perl scripts in parallel crashes the mysql server after a while,
reducing the key-buffer size seems to make the crash more likely to happen

How to repeat:
run the attached scripts in parallel, starting the insert script first, then the select
script and finally the delete script

forgot to mention: this seems to affect multi-CPU machines only

glibc with LinuxThreads seems to show the problem more often than with NPTL
but both are affected
