Description:
Node failure causes unexpected timeouts.
Commits take X seconds to abort, where X=TransactionDeadlockDetectionTimeout
Operations are aborted after X+X seconds.

The perl program executes a prepared query and then goes on to execute
COMMIT without checking error codes.
Possibly the second timeout is due to the COMMIT of an already aborted transaction.
