Description:
To distinguish the capital letter and the small letter in Linux,
DatabaseMetaData.supportsMixedCaseIdentifiers() should return true.

It executes it with Linux as follows.

This is fixed for version 3.1.8 and newer. 3.0.x is 'retired', and only security or
crashing bug fixes will be applied to that branch.
