Description:
LOAD DATA INFILE is not replicated by slave if replicate_*_table is set on the slave.
Regardless of the values of these options.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of that product, which you can download at 
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/

Fixed. Should be in 4.0.12 and 3.23.56.
