Description:
NdbScanOperation overrides of getBlobHandle() do not deal with bad column names or numbers
well - they are mapped to NULLs which can then cause a crash.

How to repeat:
Attempt to obtain a Blob handle from a Scan operation using a bad column name or number.

Suggested fix:
Add error handling to these methods.
