Description:
If I use AVG(DISTINCT), which is a relatively new feature, with GROUP BY ... WITH ROLLUP,
crash.

How to repeat:
mysql> create table t5 (s1 int) engine=myisam;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

mysql> insert into t5 values (0);
Query OK, 1 row affected (0.00 sec)

mysql> select avg(distinct s1) from t5 group by s1 with rollup;
ERROR 2013 (HY000): Lost connection to MySQL server during query
