Description:
Any statement of the form:
CREATE TABLE T SELECT * FROM V
causes a crash of the server if V is a multi-table view.

How to repeat:
Run the following commands:

CREATE TABLE t1 (a1 int);
CREATE TABLE t2 (a2 int);
INSERT INTO t1 VALUES (1), (2), (3), (4);
INSERT INTO t2 VALUES (1), (2), (3);
CREATE VIEW v1(a,b) AS SELECT a1,a2 FROM t1,t2 ON a1=a2 WHERE a1>1;
SELECT * FROM v1;

Now the command:
CREATE TABLE t3 SELECT * FROM v1;
will cause a crash of the server.

The correct syntax of the CREATE VIEW command is:
CREATE VIEW v1(a,b) AS SELECT a1,a2 FROM t1 JOIN t2 ON a1=a2 WHERE a1>1;
