Description:
After adding a new password to the "Store Vault" in "Database/Connect to Database...", application will crash immediately after trying to add a new or remove (clear)  password to/from the "Store Vault" in the "Database/Manage Databases..." section.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 6.3.9 release, and here's the changelog entry:

Adding a password with the Store in Vault option caused MySQL Workbench to
fail and exit.
