Description:
SQLGetTypeInfo() returns "tinyblob for SQL_VARBINARY and nothing for SQL_BINARY.

How to repeat:
Should report varbinary for SQL_VARBINARY, and binary for SQL_BINARY (and longblob for SQL_LONGVARBINARY).
