Description:
The man pages for the following utilities are missing from the RPM package mysql-utilities-1.6.2-1.el6.noarch.rpm.

5.3. mysqlbinlogmove — Binary log relocate utility
5.4. mysqlbinlogpurge — Binary log purge utility
5.5. mysqlbinlogrotate — Binary log rotate utility
5.13. mysqlfrm — File reader for .frm files.
5.14. mysqlgrants — Display grants by object
5.19. mysqlrplms — Set Up and Start Replication Among a Slave and Multiple Masters
5.23. mysqlrplsync — Replication synchronization checker
5.26. mysqlslavetrx — Slave transaction skip utility

How to repeat:
Download mysql-utilities-1.6.2-1.el6.noarch.rpm.

Examine the contents of the mysql-utilities-1.6.2-1.el6.noarch.rpm package or install the package.

Observe the man pages are missing.

Suggested fix:
Add the missing man pages.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Utilities 1.6.3 release, and here's the changelog entry:

Several man pages were missing from the RPM package.
