Description:
libmysqlclient.so currently has version 20.0.* in 5.7. Since 5.7 and 5.8 will be supported simultaneously, and in order to reserve the possibility of adding new symbols after 5.7 GA (requires minor number bump to 20.1, 20.2, etc.), the major number must be increased to 21 in 5.8.

How to repeat:
ls libmysqlclient.so*

Suggested fix:
Bump the libmysqlclient version number to 21.0.0 in 5.8.0.

Noted in 5.8.0 changelog.

The libmysqlclient shared library major version number is increased
from 20 (used in MySQL 5.7) to 21 for MySQL 5.8.
