Description:
Remove the since long deprecated config variables TCP.PortNumber, SHM.PortNumber and SCI.PortNumber from the configuration variables.

There is some related code as well which still takes the mentioned variables into account when configuring which port numbers to use for individual connections between the data nodes.

How to repeat:
MCI

Suggested fix:
Remove TCP.PortNumber, SHM.PortNumber and SCI.PortNumber

Documented change in the NDB 7.5.1 changelog as follows:

The PortNumber SCI, SHM, and TCP configuration parameters, which
were deprecated in MySQL 5.1.3, have now been removed and are no
    longer accepted in configuration files.

This change does *not* affect the PortNumber management node
configuration parameter, whose behavior remains unaltered.

Also noted removal in the Cluster 7.5 documentation for these parameters.

Closed.
