Posted by developer: I updated the OS (was none specified in original report) as the problem appears like this in Mac version. On windows there was a cosmetical glitch with the search bar where the search/repace bar always had the full height, regardless of whether the replace controls were displayed or not. Confirm both issue is fixed in 6.2.4 OSX and windows versions.

Posted by developer: Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 6.2.4 release, and here's the changelog entry: After typing "Control" + "F" and clicking "Replace", the entered text of the replace string was not fully visible. Thank you for the bug report.
