Description:
Some table styles are set by the time the Mysql for Excel panel is opened.
There is however a use case in where a new workbook can be opened without adding these styles and it disables the application to work properly.

How to repeat:
1. Open Excel.
2. Select the Data tab from the ribbon.
3. Click the MySQL for Excel Icon and open the panel.
4. Close the workbook.
5. Open a new workbook.
6. Open a connection, select an schema and click over any table.
5. Click on Import MySQL Data.
7. Click Import.
8. An error message appears [Check the attachment].

Suggested fix:
Make sure to add the Mysql styles to the list everytime a workbook is opened.

Fixed a problem that arise when creating a new workbook without closing the Excel Addin Pane, making it impossible to import tables after that.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL for Excel 1.3.2 release, and here's the changelog entry:

Sometimes MySQL styles were missing from the data list.

Thank you for the bug report.
