Description:
Import procedure is not working

How to repeat:
1. Enable MySQL for Excel addin.
2. Select a valid MySQL connection.
3. Select "sakila" schema.
4. Click on any procedure and select "Import MySQL data".
5. Enter the corresponding procedure data, press the "call" button and then the "Import" button.

Actual Results:
No data Imported

Fixed the import of stored procedure result sets into Excel tables (the import to Excel ranges was working), and more importantly implemented code that lets the Excel tables created from stored procedures to be refreshed by the user.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL for Excel 1.3.2 release, and are the changelog entries:

Feature:
Excel tables created from stored procedures can now be refreshed. 

Bug:
The "Import MySQL Data" feature failed to import stored procedures.
