Description:
The "Notifications" tab in the Workbench Scripting Shell is missing its panel title.

How to repeat:
1. Open the Scripting Shell
2. Click the Modules tab (and notice the "Modules List" title above the tab)
3. Click the Notifications tab (and notice the panel title is now blank)
4. Repeat with other tabs, only "Notifications" is blank

This is noticeable on "Windows" but not "Mac" and "Linux", as only Windows has titles here.

Suggested fix:
Minor bug, but it may as well have the title.
