Description:
Hi,
Using MySQL Workbench to analyze queries "explain", showed the same problems, keeping multiple popups open on other resources. Attached hereto evidence "images"

How to repeat:
Faça o explain de consultas SQL, ao passar o mouse sobre os planos de execução lhe exibirá um pop-up, as vezes o mesmo ficará na tela.

How to repeat:
Do explain SQL queries, when mousing over plans
implementation will display a pop-up, sometimes it will be on the screen.

Fixed as of the MySQL Workbench 6.2.0 release, and here's the changelog entry:

The mouseover tooltips in the Visual Explain window would sometimes hide
unrelated content.
