Description:
MySQL server crash.

InnoDB: Error: semaphore wait has lasted > 600 seconds

Started happening after upgrade from 5.5 to 5.6.

Also happened in 5.6.15

How to repeat:

The server has most likely enabled innodb monitor output to error log prior to finally giving up on the semaphore wait, can we see that part of the error log?

Seem to have the same thing going on... Server version: 5.5.42-cll-lve - MySQL Community Server (GPL) by Atomicorp

I'm not sure but this may have happened in the previous version as well ( 5.1? )  Getting one of these crashes every month or so.
