Description:
Currently ubuntu 13.10 is not supported but 13.04 (old) is supported.

How to repeat:
Select ubuntu linux from downloads attempt to select current version of ubuntu.

Suggested fix:
Do not support old non-lts versions instead support lts and current non-lts version of ubuntu.

Fixed as of the upcoming Workbench 6.0.9 release, and here is the changelog entry:

  Ubuntu 13.10 is now supported.
