Description:
The Dashboard -> MySQL Instances page has a Bad Connections Configuration panel.
The information in the panel though is rather non-descriptive.

I'll upload a screen shot to make this clear.

How to repeat:
Make some connection errors from the agent to the MySQL server and then try to diagnose the real issue from the messages in this panel.

Suggested fix:
Suggestions:
1. add a timestamp of first / last problems of the type described.
2. add a counter of the number of issues experienced
3. the agent host and connection details columns have a lot of white space (even though I have removed the hostnames)
4. the general error text does have a mouse over giving a bit more information. What it does miss however is the MySQL error message and number (which I assume is available).

Note: it may well also be that the agent is disconnecting due to an agent upgrade (?). Again it's just not clear here exactly what the problem is, when it happened or how frequent it was. The reporting should be clearer.
