im already tested on 6.0.2 as you want but still get same problem http://s14.postimg.org/4lukc9jlt/image.jpg that statement SQL below also error when i try to run

Fixed as of the upcoming Workbench 6.0.9 release, and here is the changelog entry: Model synchronization would complete, but if repeated then MySQL Workbench would ask to update the database again. Thank you for the bug report.
